HOW TO MAKE HOME MADE WINE.
Ingredients :
Red grapes 2 KG
Olive fruit 1 KG
Pine Apple 1 KG
Apple 2
Elaichi 20 mg
Clove 10 mg
Karupatta 50 mg
Yeast 10 mg
WATER 15 Litres
Sugar 5 KG
Non alchoholic beer 2 Nos.
Mixed Fruit Juice 2 No.
Method :
Wash and cut the fruits.
Pour 3 Litres of water into a PVC bucket add the fuits.
Add yeast and cover the bucket with lid.
After 24 hours open the bucket , squeeze the fruits thoroughly by hand.
Pour 10 Litres water in to a bottle, add the squeezed fruits with water.
Add 3 KG sugar, grinded condiments
Mixed fruit juice
Add 2 bottle beer.
Shake and close the bottle.
Make a small hole on the lid of the bottle
